Disinfection technology in the food industry
The seminar focuses on the positive effects of
UV-C disinfection on the quality, freshness and
shelf life of foodstuffs. Speakers give an
introduction to microbiology and UV-C radiation
technology, explain the provisions of VDI 6022
for air conditioning systems, talk about general
hygiene aspects and give an introduction to BÄRO
UV-C disinfection technology using practical
examples and references.
